Welcome to PlayBox. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site and making purchases, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Product Warranties and Guarantees

All products sold by PlayBox come with manufacturer warranties as specified by the original equipment manufacturer. Gaming mice, styluses, headphones, projectors, and keyboards are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the period specified by the manufacturer (typically 1-2 years).

Warranty coverage includes:

Manufacturing defects and component failures
Hardware malfunctions under normal operating conditions
Replacement or repair at manufacturer's discretion

Warranty does NOT cover: damage from misuse, accidents, water damage, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or modifications to the product.

2. Return and Refund Policies

Return Window: Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.

Return Process:

Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
Obtain a return authorization number (RMA)
Ship the product back to us in original packaging
Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and inspection

Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been used, opened (except for inspection), damaged, or missing original packaging cannot be returned for refund. Refunds do not include original shipping costs.

Defective Products: If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you.

3. Shipping and Delivery Terms

Shipping Methods: We offer multiple shipping options including standard, express, and overnight delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected method.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are approximate. PlayBox is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend selecting signature confirmation for high-value items.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange replacement or refund.

International Shipping: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAYBOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the PlayBox website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PlayBox or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or modify any content without our prior written permission.

Product names, logos, and brands are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of these trademarks without permission is prohibited.

6. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. Prohibited uses include:
